On January 22, 2021, Tbilisi State University organized the launch event of the "Transferring V4 expertise in knowledge/technology transfer" project.
During the meeting, representatives of the Georgian business sector (small and medium enterprises), research institutes, academia, and relevant public structures were provided with information about the project goals, activities, results, and impact. The speakers and participants also discussed the situation and the need for technology transfer and commercialization of scientific projects in Georgia and the cooperation between business and the scientific sector.
The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
